1. Shipping Policy
Shipping Charges:
₹50 on all Prepaid Orders
₹100 on Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Chatpatate offers domestic shipping. Domestic orders within India are typically delivered within 3–7 business days from order confirmation, subject to the serviceability of the pin code and operational conditions.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order type, weight and delivery location. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or force majeure circumstances beyond our control.
2. Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed are considered final and cannot be cancelled after confirmation. Prepaid orders are non-cancellable under any circumstances. Orders that have already been dispatched or placed during sales, limited-time promotions or special offers are not eligible for cancellation. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, Chatpatate reserves the right to conduct order verification via call or message, and unverified orders may be automatically cancelled at our discretion. We retain the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of being fraudulent or placed for resale purposes.
